Dear Tony,
Thank you for your e-mail.
Here are two pictures of the Genbaku Dome.
One is a picture before the bombing, and the other is after the bombing.
Can you see the difference?
On August 6, 1945, a bomb destroyed Hiroshima.
It was the world's first atomic bombing.
It killed more than 200,000 people.
the dome saw everything.
The dome stilltoday.
In 1996, it become a World Heritage site.
It sends a silent, but clear message to the world:
No more Hiroshima !
Every one must think about peace.
I will visit Hiroshima again this summer.
Will you join me, tony ?
